Fatboy® and Alienware at QuakeCon
Fatboy® and Alienware create a gamers paradise at QuakeCon 2012 in Dallas, TX
Dallas, Texas – August 1, 2012– Fatboy®, a leading trendsetter in lifestyle products, announced today it will be part of QuakeCon 2012 along with Alienware, Dell’s high performance PC gaming brand. QuakeCon, North America’s largest Bring-Your-Own-Computer (BYOC) LAN party and gaming festival is returning August 2- 5 for another year at the Hilton Anatole in downtown Dallas, TX. Alienware selected Fatboy® to be included in their VIP lounge and provide an unmatched lounging experience with the iconic Fatboy® originals during the festivities.
Often described as the “Woodstock of Gaming,” QuakeCon is a four-day, non-stop celebration of games and the people who play them. Free to all and open to the public, QuakeCon 2012 will have drawings and contests with big cash prizes, exhibits with the latest games and hardware, and non-stop entertainment, parties and events. In addition to the VIP section, Alienware will have a booth where attendees can check out the latest in Alienware hardware and play current and upcoming games from their partners. The Alienware booth is open to everyone and will feature two competition areas equipped with 16 Alienware X51s to allow players to throw down in various titles throughout the weekend for prizes including Fatboy® waynecoolers, beta codes, and raffle tickets to win your own Alienware X51.
